I have read The Book of Life written by the great poet Shree Radhey Shiam with pleasure and enthusiasm. The poet has poured into these poems, vision, spiritual yearning, compassion and cosmic consciousness. His creative, vision seems to be deeply inspired by the essential features of Indian life and culture, specially by the metaphysical and mystical manifestations, such as ‘Universal Soul’ , life of eternal light, all in tune with kindness , ‘Forgiveness’, ‘Peace’, ‘Love’, ‘Harmony’ and ‘Divine Light’. The first poem in this collection is titled as ‘A Book of Life’, ‘A Bubble’, ‘Cosmic Dance’ and ‘Divine Knowledge’, the poet has successfully captured in the texture of these poems, the felicity of expression, curiosity for the mysteries of life and the quest for aesthetic fulfillment. This book is very useful for those persons who are not acquainted from philosophy of life, so one should read this poetic work of Shree Radhey Shiam.
