Most pleasing are the poet’s carefully placed images of nature, her mastery of rhythm, and her appropriate balance of subject matter with form. Her expression of inner feelings is honest and direct: “beautiful relations wouldn’t have / ugly marks of ignorance and negligence.” Her perceptions of the world are at once innocent and insightful: “a group of pigeons…having celestial fun.”
Miss Niharika’s poetry is exhilarating as each line draws us into a scenario that invokes our feelings. “When the light of new adventure calls me for ecstasy….” Truly inspirational and highly recommended for readers of all ages.
