The poems in the book emerge from deep within her heart, places that she would perhaps not allow anyone into. But the reader has the privilege of getting a hand-held tour of this passionate artist’s heart. Clearly, she has been through a tragic heartbreak and perhaps has never recovered. But fortunately for us, she has transformed her tragedies into beautiful poetry.
