Prof. Basanta Kumara Behera is an educationist and consultant for bio-technology industry development. He involves in transferring conical flasks level research to industries. He is, also an accomplished writer having the credit of publishing English poems in top international repute magazines like Harvest of New Millennium , Taj Mahal Review and in digital magazines like Fanstory.Com, Allpoetry.com. He writes romantic poem, mostly on metaphysical attachment, that may be helpful for younger generation in developing a better and healthy world, tomorrow. He is also an accomplished writer. His style of writing is in many forms like free verse, haiku, Senryu, Sonnet, Tanka, quatrain.. Prof. Behera, was an adviser, Sanmar Speciality Chemicals, Chennai. He was Head, Centre for Bioenergy Technology, Amity University, Noida; Director Biotechnology, Advanced Centre for Biotechnology, M D Universty, Haryana; Head, Deparment of Biotecnoly Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Professor Beherais having vast experience of teaching, research and industrial consultancy. He has been actively involved in coordinating project implementation and consultancy at the National level, since last two decades. Dr. Behera handles small and medium scale biotechnology projects, both in urban and villages. Beside this, he is well experienced in works on designing, value addition and processes improvement of biotechnology based projects for livelihood development and rural prosperity. He has published about 60 research papers and reviews articles both in National and International level. He has also produced number of PhD students who have been servicing the nation both at private and government sectors. His book entitled Green energy has been acclaimed at International level by the scientists, bureaucrats and the students. |
